Privacy Strategy
Once the GAP analysis has given you an overview of what you have and what you're missing, you can finally start planning your efforts to implement measures for the GDPR compliance.
We will help you choose a strategy to close the gap revealed in the GAP analysis through 2 workshops of 2 hours. Selected strategy is summarized in a written privacy strategy.
Your organization must attend with employees responsible for:
- IT-systems and data flow
- IT-security
- personnel (HR)
- legal (if applicable)
quality manager
- chiefly responsible who will report to the general manager
others who can contribute to the data protection project
Expected time: One to four weeks, depending on the intensity and extent necessary measures
